HIP-Cuyahoga is designed to engage the community to identify strengths, issues, and assets influencing the health of all county residents. The overall goals of HIP-Cuyahoga are to understand community perceptions of health and quality of life and to develop a plan that improves the health of all people who live, work, learn, and play in Cuyahoga County .
