Vote by Mail ballot application

Hello Community,

The Board of Elections is asking for our assistance in spreading the word that voters must obtain and return a Vote by Mail ballot application if they wish to Vote by Mail in the November 8, 2011 General Election.

Ballot applications are no longer automatically mailed to voters. Because voters are accustomed to receiving an application in the mail, the Board of Elections is ramping up our efforts to educate the public that they must request their ballot application.

We want to make sure all voters understand that they must take action if they wish to Vote by Mail.

This link takes voters directly to the Board of Elections Vote by Mail application request page so they can print a personalized application or have one mailed to them.
